ACCOMACK: Planners recommend approval of Bay Act extension to seasideThursday, December 4, 2008 @ 12:48PMPARKSLEY — The Accomack County Planning Commission on Wednesday voted unanimously, with one absence, to recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve the proposed Chesapeake/Atlantic Preservation Area, which extends to the county’s seaside watershed Bay Act regulations including a 100-foot buffer from the shoreline and mandatory septic pumpouts.
