Is there any way you can delete any of your call history on the your Vonage online account? Just wondering if there is any way you can delete your call activity on Vonage? Is it possible and if so how?

Choppy calls using Vonage with satelite internet? I have hughes net with there max speed. I got a Vonage account and it don't work right. My download speed (tried an online speed test) is 1108 and the upload speed was 91. I'm supposed to have up to 400 for upload. Well Vonage told me to get another provider and Hughes diagnostics said it could be the network card on my computer, a virus, or to much activity on my computer. I ran a scan had no viruses, there are any programs running, I even adjusted my bandwidth and there was no change. The only thing left is the network card- I guess. I did find out that I had 842 dropped packets with the last speed test. Help- what do I do?
