Voip Comparison

VOIP one BT line multiple people calling out? Hello, I have a client who is looking to setup a quick and cheap call centre, roughly ten staff, all calling out. Would it be possible to just have one BT line installed and then have all that staff using VOIP to phone out? If so, please suggest a VOIP provider, if not so, please suggest an alternative setup! Thank you
