Has any one heard of a VoIP provider named VigorTel?

I recently am going over to VoIP and found a company named VigorTel.com. Their prices are right and its free to try. Does anyone have this service? Would you suggest this service, or another one?

1. there are over 100 VoiP services coming out every month....but there are just re-sellers....stay with something better known.....!! go to DSLreports.com and do some research first....then make your decisions!!!
