How voip phone works? From a normal mobile or fixed line phone can we make a call to a voip phone? and from a voip phone to a fixed line / mobile phone ? is it possible. Who is providing best service in India regarding voip and what are the business opportunities for young entrepreneurs available in this field?

- I have a VOIP phone (broadvoice.) I haven't found a phone yet that I cannot call, nor a phone that cannot call me. When I use certain VPN services, outgoing calls are blocked, though.
