2. I don't know why you'd even bother signing up for a Packet8 account. You can just use MSN Messenger to do voice and video telephony between the two people no matter what country they are in for free, nothing per month. You don't have to worry about shipping telephone adapters or having US addresses. Just have both obtain a webcam at their local computer store and use your internet connection. http://messenger.msn.com
