I have Voip Internet phone company, no one with cell phones can call me , why?

1. Possible a lot of red tape with the cell phone industry as far as niche market concerns.Software compatablity issues?I'm guessing!?
2. VoIP has so many cool features, to many to write down...but I guess there is somewhere a block on it! go and re-check all you features, because I can choose some numbers not to get thru my system...like caller ID spoofing, certain area codes, and many other combinations...no 800, 877 or many cellphone numbers with wired numbers can get thru... also, I check once in a while my own cell phones, just to see if there are working...call yourself from your own cell phone...
3. They are lying to you. They aren't interested, so they aren't calling you.
