I am searching for a paid voip service to call Brazil (cheaper than Skype+same quality). Any suggestions?

I am searching for a cheap VOIP rate for calls to Brazil that offers the same or superior quality of Skype. As a student, the 0.054 cents Skype fee + 3.9 cents fee per call is getting expensive by the end of the month. However, I would prefer a VOIP service that allows me to continue to call landlines from my pc.
