1. all I can tell you, if you choose an US VoIP provider, then you will need an US address. The address must match the credit card number! ( you could use family or friends) many ppl from India do it that way! 2. Hello Friend I am from INDIA and I can understand your doubt. Even When I started using VOIP first then I was in doubt which service provider should I choose. I had wasted a lot of money in trying various providers. I do not recommend - Inphoenix, Vonage and Skype ... the reasons are different though. What I recommend is 1. If you want to call unlimited then choose VIATalk. Its of superb quality and offers 1+1 year free. 2. If you need to call limited (Less than 5 minutes daily) then choose callcentric. I am sure that you will love both the providers. The quality is un-matching and what you need to decide upon is the price. Hope my answer helps you.
