GET POINTS... FAX w/ Vonage Issues.. MAJOR ISSUES..?
Can anyone please tell me how to get my fax machine to work with a Vonage Dedicated Fax line? Ive heard of these ATA's .. What am I doing? Is the Vonage Device a ATA.. Whats this fax filter??? IM SO CONFUSED.. I am wondering if all this hassle is really worth the "24.99" a mo unlimited blah blah blah... I feel really stupid right now Ive turned the ECM off.. Tried the *99- turned the Bps? or whatever down to 9600... What do I do... Does anyone know anyone who can help..Im about to pull a scene from Office Space on my printer and vonage device... Im so sick and tired of being run around in circles.. I get to the point where I want to disconnect my service but then read about how everyone else has had NO problems with faxing and yada yada... So WTF... I am so MAD! Ive called Vonage.. Infact was on hold for " Advanced Tech" Support for 78:43
