- no, but Europe has there own VoIP providers, but you can use Vonage in the UK...the Vonage account has to be set-up and payed from America with an american address...I can take my APA(VoIP-box) with me to any country and make phone-calls thru my computer-VoIP phone! The ADA( analog phone adapter) does't know where you are, so it can work anywhere in the world just like a Computer. also Vonage offers 5 european countries for free from the US...which I thinks is so cool!! I don't have Vonage, but I got another VoIP provider.
