I got vonage two to three weeks ago and have been for the most part happy with my service. I got to cleaning the other night and disconnected my vonage box just to untangle the lines. Since I reconnected I have not been able to get my line back. I have gone through all the online support and my installation trouble shooting-nothing seems to be working. The vonage motorola box shows that it has power and is connected to the internet. But the phone line does not light up (unless you try to use the phone). Earlier I did not get a dial tone or anything so I spoke to Vonage and did all the stuff with their tech's- but it was all the same stuff I had done previously. They have a technician coming on the 16th of this month, but this is my only phone line so I was hoping maybe someone has had this problem before and may be able to help. A few minutes ago a message appeared on this line which states "this telephone line is not provisioned for use." What does that mean? Any thoughts?
