Vonage problems?
I'm not sure if it's my phone or the way I have it hooked up to vonage. I saw a help video on their website that you don't have to have phone cord coming from the wall jack to hook up to vonage, is this true. I seem to have an echoing effect when I talk into my phone.

- Vonage is Voice Over IP phone - it connects to your internet router, not the phone jack in the wall. Vonage should have provided you with either a router, which plugs into your cable/dsl modem, or a phone adapter, which connects to your existing router. I use their router, and have no problems. If you use your router with their phone adapter - you might have issues with quality, and need to call them to get the right settings on your router (QOS settings).
