Best Voip Provider - to be used outside US?
I am looking for a VOIP provider that allows its service to be used outside the US. Features that I am looking for - unlimited calling to US/Canada. I have my own voice adapter - Sipura SPA 2100.

- If you have a US VOIP phone service like vonage or whatever you can use it anywhere in the world as long as you have a good internet connection. Your area code will be US based so its like you will be at home. No restrictions unless you start calling international.
