is it possible that one voip provider can block calls from another voip.?
I have sunrocket voip provider. I get calls and can make calls to evry phone in the world except, i am not getting calls from VOnage VOIP subscribers. Those who have vonage, when they call my number all they here is busy signal all the time. I have motorola surfborad cabel modem and cablevision optimum online as my isp. any ideas how this can happen, who is responsible for this problem and what can they do to fix this ?

- In theory yes a VOIP provider can block another provider however I highly suspect it is illegal to do so. Your problem might be more of a technical one, you should contact your VOIP providers
