Anyone knows how to start from scratch to become a VoIP Provider?

- It’s a big question and very hard to answer you here in few pages some detail required. Do you want to setup a voice over IP network yourself or you want to get an idea about it OR you want to invest and want to hire the services of some company to do it for you in both situations I can guide you but some clarification is required from your side.
- simple, buy phone gateway, such as avaya ip office 400 then get a pri-t1, so you can route 23 phone channels/lines to your eqipment buy a pool of say 100 phone numbers that come in over that pri line get an internet T1 so you can serve you calls out to the internet put voip phones in clients place, make sure they have internet connection thats all
